Over 25 years of technical and administration management experience with a proven track record of success in private and government sector. Prior to joining J.E.G, Shlomo  led engineering execution division of Israeli TV and was involved in the most important technical projects. Previously, he established and managed TopLight partnership, know-how to provide technical solutions to design needs. Shlomo also served in development roles of biotech SpiruLight  start up.

Over 25 years of management design in the field with strong leadership background, strategy and portfolio planning experience. Prior to the joining of “J.E.G”, Michael led the strategy and innovation for leading the design projects, director of ROZ studio, who has been involved in local and international design projects, using the most advanced technological tools in the market. The well-known work of the ROZ studio includes all business sectors in the field of art and architecture, design of the urban city and exhibition in the media, advertising, institutional and much more.

Based on his extensive experience, Michael plays a vital role in corporate development and Branding / Rebranding Global projects.

The whole course of his varied career Arthur designs  projects in the public and private spheres, moreover he gives professional consulting services for Rothschild fund. He taught architecture at Bezalel and was a guest lecturer at MIT in Boston, Arthur twice won the Rechter Prize for Architecture. Since starting to work as an architect he has planned and designed more than 200 projects. These include the new $360 million hospital tower at Hadassah University Medical Center in Jerusalem; Beit Gabriel, the cultural and social center on Lake Kinneret the Menachem Begin Heritage Center. The YMCA residential sports complex and the new Jerusalem Arena
